Tracey Stephan Fulford is suspected of having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a student athlete in Santa Ana, CA. The Segerstrom High School Coach was arrested by Santa Ana Police after learning about a relationship that occurred between Fulford and a 16-year-old female student. Statements made by Fulford in addition to other evidence suggests that school staff failed to report the abuse.
